The staff are extremely hardworking, friendly, and always willing to help. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom facilities are clean and have hot showers. The kitchen facilities are also perfect for long-term travelers or those who want a hot cup of tea. I highly recommend this place.

I had a week-long stay at this hostel and it was the best in town! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff, particularly Lily and Maria, served the most delicious breakfast in all of Guatemala. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, as were the toilets. The rooftop and kitchen were a nice bonus, equipped with everything necessary to cook your own meals. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they even offered me a free welcome drink upon arrival. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions in the city. The hostel was beautifully decorated in a traditional style, and the common area had a stunning view of the city. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a hostel, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. this hostel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.
Nothing negative to say.

I stayed in a quiet and clean hostel with friendly staff who provided great service. They helped answer all my questions and even booked a shuttle for me. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The female staff members were extremely kind and sweet to us. it was a perfect place to stay and get help.
The neighborhood starts to wake up around 7am, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in late.

The staff were lovely and the hostel was super clean, with a quaint and cute atmosphere. I also loved the well-equipped kitchen and the beautiful plants and flowers that decorated the place. Plus, they offer shuttle and tour arrangements right at the front desk.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to change our dates and even keeping our luggage during our overnight volcano trip. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff warmed up our sandwiches without us even asking! The shared bathrooms were always clean and the showers had hot water. The cleaning ladies not only prepared a tasty breakfast, but also interacted with us, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere. The rooms were clean and though not well isolated, it was quiet and peaceful at night.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with everything within walking distance and a map provided to help navigate the area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The rooms and communal areas were kept clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The noise from the reception area could be heard in our room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully. One of the reception staff members was not as friendly as the others, and gave a dismissive response when we asked about breakfast options for an early tour.
